in the news: the 2009 TIME 100, CNBC feature on africa

in case you missed it, a few africans made it on Time's list of "the world's most influential people", including zambia's dambisa moyo (author of "dead aid"), paul kagame (president of rwanda), and niger's hadizatou mani (CEO of women for women international).
