today is another LDA day...because she's worth it! we love that she's a designer who stays true to her creative vision and keeps re-inventing the past with commendable results. here's a sneak peak into her new collection courtesy of her facebook group:

she def. adds vibrancy to the nigerian fashion scene and keeps things interesting. we LOVE her and can't wait to see more of her offerings in the future!!

sigh. sorry for bunking off for 3 months :-( we're duly ashamed and embarrassed. obviously. hehe :-) life has been happening and we've been swamped and enthralled by it all, but after much coercion from certain people who shall remain nameless *coughs*, we've decided to dust off our little corner of the www and get this show back on the road. we know you'll forgive us if we're not here as often as we'd all like because as much as we love all y'all, we're only one person (?) and can only do so much in 24 hours. with that said, we're going to kick our derrieres back into top from and try our hardest possible best to drop by every once in a while. kidding. we fully plan on being here often...enough :-)

hello folks :) we're FINALLY back after several months of globe-trotting and trying to figure out how best to make our blog everything we envisioned when we started. it's still very much a work in progress so don't be put off by our little experiments in the coming months. for those of you that are familiar with our blog, we haven't changed TOO much. we're still doing our best to bring you regular reports on fashion scenes in africa and around the world, but we're incorporating more cool sections with fabulous content. stick with us on this journey through style, the arts (music, literature, etc.), culture, lifestyles...and MORE :) visualize a big bag of liquorice with lots of colors, shapes, and flavors...
